You can also train 5 days outside the studio and it will still count towards the 50 workouts.

How does it work?
Simple! Register and complete 50 workouts (max of 1 per day) between June 28th and September 28th, 2024 (92 days) to win a share of the prize pot. At least 45 workouts must be a Bomb class or training session. Each participant is allowed up to 5 away workouts.
I’m on a limited Lite or Ignite pass, how can I participate?
Anyone on the Lite Pass (8 classes/4 weeks) or Ignite Pass (16 classes/4 weeks) can opt to pause their existing membership and switch to UNLIMITED access for the duration of the challenge at a discounted rate. Contact sally@bombfitness.ca for more information and to set this up.
What is the prize pot and how much money can I win?
The value of prize pot will depend on the number of participants. All of the registration money will be included in the pot and split amongst those who complete all 50 workouts. If you complete the challenge, you are guaranteed at least your money back.
What counts as an Away Workout?
Any type of physical activity can count. If you consider it exercise, it’s a workout. Some examples include hiking, swimming, paddling, gardening, etc.—anything that gets your body moving. Once you do an away workout, post a picture or video to the Bomb Fitness Members Only Facebook group as proof for tracking. If you’re not a member yet, reach out to be added, and if you don’t use Facebook, email your picture to sally@bombfitness.ca.
I haven’t worked out in a while. Is this challenge right for me?
Absolutely! This challenge is built to motivate you to prioritize fitness, but you get to choose your intensity level. Every class is adaptable and the instructors will offer lots of options to meet you where you are. If you’re just getting back to the gym, you should ease into the movements and build back your strength, and the best way to do that is to show up consistently.
How will attendance be tracked?
We will be using Wellness Living attendance records to qualify the winners. It is your responsibility to ensure your attendance is up to date. If you notice you were not properly checked in to a class, you should notify sally@bombfitness.ca as soon as possible. For away workouts, be sure to post a picture or video to the Bomb Fitness Members Only Facebook group or send a picture or video to sally@bombfitness.ca for tracking.
What are the bonus challenges?
Throughout the summer, we’ll send out some optional, time-limited fitness challenges for extra prizes. Stay tuned for more details as the challenge unfolds.
