The virtual BOMB membership is only $97+HST every 4 weeks. The membership auto-renews but you don’t have to commit to a certain length of time.

FAQ

How do I access the live classes and recordings?

Simply click the “Sign Up Here” button above and register through our member system, Wellness Living. Once you do that and login, there will be a section called “Videos” that will have links to all the live classes and recordings. We suggest you bookmark that page.

All of the classes, training and recordings are done through Zoom (an online meeting app). It’s easy to download to your phone or computer.

Note: The live classes can be accessed through the BOMB Fitness app. All the details will be sent to you in an email.

Do I need any equipment for the classes or training sessions? I don’t have much.

Nope! You’ll be able to do most classes without any equipment. We do recommend trying to get your hands on a mat, but your carpet will do in the meantime. You can also use a chair, couch, laundry detergent, or large pets as weight substitutes - if they’ll let you!
